Feeling that old school feeling that I used to have when we used to hit the cruises with the beat ringing 5 blocks down the street with the touch of today mixed in with the sounds I used to kick on m metallic tapes back in the day when hip-hop began baby can't you just hear these sounds coming from my '69 Caprice, with four pair of 6x9's 4 10 inch speakers in the back with tweeters in the dash all set up in phase with three amps or my little Suzuki Jeep with the 12" woofers mids and huge tweeters!!!!

I have setup a chilled late night mix tip for the next few hours for you to ride into the new week.
Its a Friday evening so I'm going to keep the beats either fast hard or strong but will sneak in a set or two of sow jams as well as sounds on the smooth tip on occasion to mix it up on this Friday evening here in Sactown!
Already a few hours deep into a special Labor Day mix out here in the West. Playing music across the board from all generations and genres as only you will find on Snakeice's "House of Beats".
Thumping Tuesday tunes and its just as it is written on Da' Blog! Getting it pumped so you can hit the beat on the mobile in the gym like I do it or just around the house or whatever method you use to pick up the unique Snakeice flavor!

I will not be playing funk exclusively but it will be very heavy in the mix, hey I need to spice some things up and bring in some hard core stuff and maybe some other flavors as well but really artists like James Brown, George Clinton, Bootsy, Parliament, Cameo, Afrika Bambaataa, Kool & the Gang, Johnson Brothers, Rick James, etc.. and the music they and others influenced.....
Besides you know Hip-hop has lot's of funk but I'm lookng for the funkiest cuts I can find & remember!
