About to take the run down to the gym about 1.5 miles then hit the weights and hit about 3 miles after that. These beats will be good to listen to while hitting the weights.
That's right I'm setting up some beats in no particular order to keep you in one genre or era and then switch to another as I sometimes do. This is just adding up tempo beats hard, fast, slow, funky, dance, hip-hop, rock, reggae, pop or whatever. The reason for this, I need to go get my workout on and will listen on the mobile and want something upbeat but no time to be picky!
