I had the adrenaline pumping after a late work out where I had to repair a pulley on one piece of equipment but now I need to bring the mood down before bed time.

Well I had to clean out the garage again, DAMN! I had moved some items out of the main house to get some room there and it crowded the garage where my at home gym is located. Anyway the whole overall house is less quite a bit
