I had the adrenaline pumping after a late work out where I had to repair a pulley on one piece of equipment but now I need to bring the mood down before bed time.

Well I had to clean out the garage again, DAMN! I had moved some items out of the main house to get some room there and it crowded the garage where my at home gym is located. Anyway the whole overall house is less quite a bit
Anyway F#%^ it! Now its time for me to pump up BEATS, the weights and get that cardio afterwards and then I'm back in the swing. You know the “Running Man” it doesn’t take me long to get my shape back on with my burn out work outs I have been doing since junior high baby!
It has been a long time since I have set up a Saturday late night slow jams set. I stayed in tonight and what a better way to mellow out and sink into that next state of consciousness or late night sensual activity.
