What I’m updating is the music with some new tracks added into the mix and also updating some security OS patches and I will be back up and pumping music again momentarily.
I lined up a mix to keep my head into the mix while pumping iron in the hot garage and then hitting the elliptical rider for about 30 minutes.

This is the time for the hot streak in this area of the Sacramento valley every year! Right now its 100 degrees and its not even noon! Hell my pool is 92 degrees in this heat!
