Not that it matters since as you can see it has been sold for the asking price years ago but if you have ever done research on leg presses you would see that is a great price. This was not a cheesy bargain basement brand leg press. Not sure what rust you are referring to but there is none there unless you are mistaking wear marks were you place the pin to select weight. If you have been around weight equipment before you would know those plates don't rust.
$350 for that doesn't seem like a great deal. It looks like there is some rust on the equipment and that it pretty old.
