Placed Nexuiz Server Monitor on Da' Hoytt's Multi-Player Page

This very cool code I picked up from this site "http://static.doxer.se/other/nexuiz/stats.php" displays the players on my Nexuiz server that I host as well as the current map that they are playing on.
